Job Title: Product Manager

Description: We are seeking an experienced professional to drive the development and delivery of complex financial products. This role requires a strong understanding of agile methodologies and product management principles, as well as excellent technical skills in data analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working in agile environments with a focus on delivering high-quality products to clients in the financial industry.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop product roadmaps.
  • Ensuring seamless execution of product launches and ongoing support.
  • Fostering strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations.
  • Developing and managing project plans, resource allocation, and timelines.
  • Providing expert guidance on product strategy, market trends, and competitor analysis.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A deep understanding of securities settlements, capital markets, and related technologies.
  • Proven experience working with applications supporting securities settlements & confirmations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill complex information into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

Data Analytics Expertise: Alteryx, SQL, Python experience is highly valued.

Domain Expertise: Securities Settlements, Capital Markets. Relevant certifications (e.g., CSPO, PSPO) are a plus.
