Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive strategic vision of the product by collaborating with cross-functional teams to grow and enhance the product.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives. Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope.
  • Utilize data analytics to understand product performance, user behavior, and market trends. Make data-informed decisions to optimize product growth strategies and improve operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across product, engineering, marketing, sales, and operations to ensure alignment and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively manage issues as they arise, ensuring minimal disruption to project progress.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Provide regular project updates, reporting on milestones, progress, and any potential risks.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in fintech and project management. Continuously evaluate and improve project management methodologies and tools.
Key Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience in project management roles, with at least 3 years in Fintech.
  • Proven experience in building and managing high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive products from inception to market success.
  • Hands-on experience with NodeJS and strong understanding of backend development.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical thinking with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to quickly grasp new knowledge and technologies relevant to the fintech landscape.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
