Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to lead our product development team. This is a key role that will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of our product, from conception to final release.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a product roadmap that aligns with company goals and objectives.
  • Partner with design, engineering, and operations teams to scope and build features that solve and create new opportunities.
  • Ensure high standards of reliability, quality, usability, and measurement are adhered to throughout each phase of product development, review, and adoption.
  • Regularly baseline and track usage and impact of the product on business and product metrics to recommend strategies to improve.
  • Collaborate with leads on feature-related project priorities, milestones, and delivery dates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in building, scaling and delivering highly successful and innovative financial systems.
  • Ability to prioritize in an ambiguous environment.
  • Analytical and data-driven in decision making.
  • Self-driven with a high sense of ownership and urgency.
  • Good understanding of technology and ability to communicate product plans, benefits, and results to various audiences.
