Key Financial Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to prepare and analyze financial reports, ensure tax compliance, and support project financing through detailed reports and financial models.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, management information systems reports, and dashboards.
  • Build financial models and conduct ratio analysis to inform decision-making and fundraising activities.
  • Develop Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), feasibility studies, and cash flow projections.
  • Manage direct taxes, goods and services tax, and tax deducted at source compliance, including return filings, reconciliations, and assessments.
  • Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.
  • Support due diligence, valuations, and financial analysis for debt syndication and fundraising transactions.
  • Provide insights on cost optimization, working capital management, and financial planning.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)/CMA/CFA certification.
  • 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in finance, taxation, or project advisory.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation laws, and goods and services tax compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with financial modeling, project reports, and ratio analysis.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Tally/ERP, and financial reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and multiple assignments simultaneously.
