Senior Accounts Payable and Receivable Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage our company's accounts payable and receivable functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience in managing cash flow, vendor relations, and customer payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Receivable Management: Generate accurate and timely invoices, monitor outstanding payments, and resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Accounts Payable Management: Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner, reconcile vendor statements, and optimize working capital.
  • Cash Flow Management: Collaborate with the finance team to forecast cash flows, identify doubtful debts, and prepare provisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in accounts payable and/or accounts receivable.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
