Finance Leadership Position

We are seeking a seasoned Finance Lead to spearhead financial operations and drive performance across our Retail and Online Business units.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a strong commercial acumen, capable of supporting growth, profitability, and operational excellence.

  • Financial Planning & Analysis:
  • Oversee annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting for retail and online segments.
  • Perform variance analysis, scenario planning, and KPI tracking to inform strategic decisions.
  • Provide actionable insights to enhance profitability and cost control.
  • Business Partnering:
  • Act as a finance business partner to sales, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Collaborate on pricing strategies, promotional planning, and inventory optimization.
  • Support expansion initiatives, including new store openings and digital platform investments.
  • Reporting & Compliance:
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Monitor and enforce internal controls, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
  • Coordinate with external auditors during statutory audits.
  • Cash Flow & Working Capital Management:
  • Monitor cash flow projections and working capital requirements.
  • Optimize inventory and receivables to improve cash conversion cycles.
  • Systems & Process Improvements:
  • Drive automation and efficiency in financial reporting and analytics.
  • Recommend and implement financial systems and tools as needed.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA), MBA Finance, or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in a finance leadership role, preferably in retail or eCommerce sectors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., Zoho, SAP) and financial modeling in Excel.
