Senior Finance Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to serve as our Chief Financial Officer. In this critical role, you will be responsible for producing accurate and reliable accounting and financial information in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitoring all accounting and financial activities, including accounts receivable & accounts payable, general ledger and monthly close.
- Managing working capital and cash flow, including customer credit and collection.
- Communicating with senior leadership on fraud and/or compliance issues.
- Delivering business analysis and defining meaningful financial and operational metrics.
Reporting and Budgeting: Prepare consolidated management reports, including monthly/quarterly reporting packages with full financial statements and comprehensive Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting.
Leadership and Development:- Building a finance function that guarantees reliability of financial statements.
- Coaching and managing finance team members to ensure they are trained and up-to-date on finance regulations and company policies.
In order to achieve these goals, you will need to have strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
