Lead Financial Analyst - Assistant Manager Role

This pivotal role requires a seasoned professional to oversee key financial aspects. Reporting directly to the finance director, you will be responsible for strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop comprehensive financial models to predict future outcomes.
  • Cost Records & Cost Audit: Conduct thorough audits to ensure accuracy and compliance in cost recording and financial reporting.
  • Make & Buy Decision Analysis: Evaluate commercial options to optimize business growth.
  • Inventory Analytics & Control: Provide actionable insights to inform inventory management and improve supply chain efficiency.
  • Costing Data Analytics & Compliance: Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all financial reports.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in SAP CO, MM, & FI modules, with expertise in financial accounting & management reporting.
  • Ability to perform product-wise costing & margin analysis, as well as costing roll-ups.
  • Strong background in financial management, including auditing and compliance.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
