Job Title: Cash Collection Head

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Cash Collection Head. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and has excellent leadership skills.

Job Description:

The Cash Collection Head will be responsible for overseeing the collection and reconciliation of cash from various sources. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the cash collection process from start to finish, ensuring accurate and timely reconciliations.
  2. Develop and implement effective cash management strategies to minimize losses and maximize returns.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  4. Monitor and analyze financial data to inform business decisions.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent Excel skills and experience with financial analysis.
  • ICWAI/CA Inter qualification or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in cash management or a related field.
  • Experience working in a restaurant chain environment is highly desirable.
