We are a leading financial services company seeking a highly motivated and skilled Relationship Manager - Mutual Funds (Direct Sales Channel) to join our team in Ahmedabad.

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for advising clients on mutual fund investments, PMS, and AIF products. They will deal exclusively with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and work closely with other product teams to offer a comprehensive range of financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on mutual fund investments, PMS, and AIF products
  • Deal with HNIs and provide personalized service
  • Collaborate with other product teams to offer stock broking, bonds, property, and insurance services
  • Share research material, analysis reports, and product updates with clients via email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels
  • Organize client group meets and seminars to enhance product knowledge and presentation skills
  • Add new clients through referrals and regular follow-up on leads
  • Regularly review clients' portfolios and propose new investment opportunities
  • Coordinate with customer relationship officers to resolve client queries
  • Update top management on any serious client queries or potential service standard upgrades

Requirements:

  • AMFI certification is mandatory
  • Experience in managing HNI clients' mutual fund investments
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills
  • Able to build strong relationships with clients and acquire new customers
  • Network and exposure in the local market through cold calling and corporate office visits
  • Ability to handle client queries promptly
  • High integrity and ability to increase productivity while analyzing failures
  • Graduate/Postgraduate/MBA in Finance (preferable)
