Role Description:

The CFO will be responsible for providing financial leadership, strategic insights, and operational excellence to support CAVITAK's growth and expansion. This role requires a seasoned financial professional with a proven track record of driving financial performance, managing complex financial operations, and fostering a culture of financial discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement financial strategies that align with CAVITAK's overall business objectives.

- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and senior leadership team.

- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.

- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.

- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, treasury, tax, and financial reporting.

- Manage liquidity, funding sources, and investment opportunities for business growth.

- Optimize cash flow, conduct P&L reviews, and drive cost optimization.

- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders.

- Evaluate and recommend investment opportunities to support business growth and expansion.

- Lead financial due diligence and integration activities for mergers and acquisitions.

- Develop and maintain financial models to assess investment returns.

- Implement financial controls to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards.

- Identify and mitigate financial risks.

- Oversee internal and external audits.

- Build and lead a high-performing finance team.

- Provide mentorship and guidance to finance team members.

- Foster a culture of financial discipline and accountability.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, banks, and other financial partners.

- Represent CAVITAK in financial negotiations and Significant experience as a CFO or senior finance leader in a rapidly growing organization.

- Proven track record of driving financial performance and achieving business objectives.

- Experience in managing complex financial operations and leading M&A activities.

- Experience within the retail, tech distribution, and e-commerce industries is highly desirable.

- Strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting, and analysis.

- Expertise in accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.

- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.

- Experience with ERP systems and financial software.
