Chemistry Faculty

We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate chemistry educator to fill this challenging role. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of chemistry concepts, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to simplify complex topics for students.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging lessons that cover the syllabus for entrance exams such as JEE and NEET.
  • Develop detailed study plans, notes, and teaching materials tailored to meet the specific needs of students aiming for entrance exams.
  • Regularly assess students' performance through quizzes, mock tests, and assignments to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct special doubt-clearing sessions for students to address their questions and improve their conceptual understanding.
  • Track the academic progress of students and provide feedback to them and their guardians on areas of improvement.
  • Use innovative and interactive teaching techniques such as experiments, demonstrations, and problem-solving sessions to help students grasp difficult concepts.
  • Guide students in developing effective exam strategies, including time management and question selection for optimal performance.
  • Inspire and motivate students to achieve their highest potential in competitive exams.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • A Master's or Bachelor's degree or a related field.
  • Prior experience in teaching for competitive exams such as JEE/NEET is highly preferred.
  • A strong understanding of the syllabus and exam patterns for entrance exams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively teach and connect with students.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to help students develop analytical thinking and tackle challenging problems.
  • Genuine passion for teaching and mentoring students in achieving their academic goals.
  • Ability to adapt to different learning styles and make adjustments in teaching methodologies as needed.
