Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Professor in Trivandrum. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for preparing and delivering lectures, guiding and mentoring students, conducting research, and participating in academic and administrative activities of the academy. The role also involves developing course materials, assessing student performance, and contributing to curriculum development.

Qualifications

- A Masters degree in Pharmacy or a related field
- Experience in teaching and academic research
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to develop and deliver course materials effectively
- Experience in student mentorship and guidance
- Commitment to continuous professional development
- Experience in curriculum development is a plus
- Familiarity with modern teaching aids and digital tools
