Job Opportunity

This role involves overseeing end-to-end accounting and financial reporting processes for a reputable organization.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and reporting compliance with US GAAP, IndAS, or IFRS standards.
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements covering valuation, impairment, and disclosures for digital assets and tokens.
  • Lead consolidation of entities for quarterly and annual group results, including crypto-related subsidiaries or trading desks.
  • Address complex technical accounting issues such as revenue recognition, consolidation, stock options, business combinations, MTM accounting, and crypto transactions.
Requirements:
  • Chartered Accountant (professional accounting degree is mandatory).
  • 9–16 years of experience in Banking, Broker-Dealer, Fintech, or Crypto Exchange industries, with direct exposure to trading divisions and digital asset operations.
  • Proven experience managing legal entities and transfer pricing arrangements, including intercompany crypto asset transfers.
