Join a leading provider of top-notch messaging solutions as a Junior Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer and take on the exciting challenge of monitoring and maintaining network operations, managing and troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring network security, and providing exceptional technical support to clients.

This is a full-time, remote role that offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and outstanding communication skills.

  • Location: Remote
  • Experience: 1-3 Years
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring disk space, log files, dumps/logs purging, application uptime, and capacity management;
  • Providing timely and high-level service to customers through email and phone support;
  • Using various tools to verify reported events and identifying opportunities to improve processes and implement system changes to increase efficiency;
  • Maintaining a good understanding of all NOC processes and implementing them appropriately;
  • Creating and managing reports as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 1 year experience in VOIP technologies, including familiarity with SIP and RTP protocols
  • Minimum 1 year experience in A2P SMS technologies, including familiarity with SMPP and TCP/IP protocols and proficiency in PCAP analysis
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work well under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team
  • Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working at a leading A2P operator
  • Experience deploying, managing, and troubleshooting network infrastructures
