Key Responsibilities:

  • Detect and respond to incidents proactively, utilizing clear escalation procedures and communication channels to minimize disruption.
  • Deliver regular reports on network performance, including bandwidth utilization, latency, uptime, and availability metrics, to inform strategic decision-making.
WAN Expertise:
  • Manage private links to ensure high-performance WAN links with redundancy and failover solutions, ensuring business continuity and reliability.
  • Implement SD-WAN solutions to enable dynamic routing and bandwidth optimization across regions, maximizing network efficiency and scalability.
  • Minimize jitter, latency, and packet loss to ensure an optimal user experience for global collaboration tools, facilitating seamless communication and productivity.
Branch Network WAN:
  • Ensure WAN links connecting all branches provide redundancy and high availability for office locations and retail outlets, maintaining business operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide stable and secure network connections for all branch offices and locations, enabling real-time monitoring and troubleshooting to quickly address any issues.
  • Perform L2 network troubleshooting, capacity trend/problem identification, patching, and configuration management to maintain network health and optimize performance.
LAN/Wi-Fi:
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of LAN management, including switch configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting, to ensure network reliability and security.
  • Manage Wi-Fi networks to guarantee coverage, security, and performance for both office and remote locations, meeting the needs of diverse users and applications.
  • Offer secure, segregated guest Wi-Fi access with appropriate bandwidth controls, catering to the requirements of visitors and contractors while maintaining network integrity.
Audit Participation and Documentation:
  • Participate in all audits requested by clients, including completing required forms and collecting relevant data, to demonstrate compliance and cooperation.
  • Submit audit materials in a timely and accurate manner, meeting the specified deadlines and ensuring transparency.
  • Complete all audit questionnaires and related documents as required by clients, demonstrating thoroughness and adherence to service standards.
Certifications:
  • Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP).
  • Cisco Certified Specialist - Enterprise Core.
  • Cisco Certified Specialist - Enterprise SD-WAN.
