Senior Staff Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Staff Engineer to lead the development of complex system-on-chip (SoC) architectures. As part of our team, you will be responsible for designing and managing projects from definition through execution and into production.

This position involves the creation of high-performance SoCs with multi-core processor subsystems, AI accelerators, and high-speed interfaces. You will contribute to top-down planning and execution of SOC projects, manage teams, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

  • Lead the development and execution of wireless SoCs from definition through production.
  • Define and plan SoC architecture and technical specifications to meet product requirements.
  • Develop and maintain design schedules, including milestones and resource requirements.
  • Coordinate with global design functional leads to track execution, triage issues, and perform prudent escalation.
  • Represent the design community and provide weekly status updates.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years of industry experience in electrical or computer engineering, with expertise in full-chip development cycles, digital design processes, and high-speed interfaces like USB, PCIe, and Ethernet.

Required Skills:

  • Hands-on experience in architecture, micro-architecture, and digital design processes.
  • Knowledge of processors like RISC-V and ARM processors.
  • Experience in design signoff flows, including Lint, CDC, Formal Verification, Synthesis, Constraints, and STA Timing Closure.
  • Knowledge of low power design methodology, hardware accelerators, and Verilog/System Verilog programming.
