Job Title: Senior AI Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior AI Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering group, you will be responsible for designing and implementing intelligent assistants and agents to augment various business processes using Large Language Models (LLMs), Python, and Natural Language Processing (NLP) pipelines.

Your primary focus will be on integrating LLMs into our internal tools, CI/CD workflows, and observability dashboards. You will also be responsible for fine-tuning open-source/commercial LLMs for domain-specific use cases and collaborating with DevOps and platform teams to drive automation with AI.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the development of innovative solutions that drive business growth and efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 6-10+ years of experience in software engineering, with 2+ years of hands-on experience in AI/LLMs/NLP.
  • Strong proficiency in Python programming language, with experience in LangChain, Hugging Face, and LlamaIndex.
  • Deep knowledge of vector databases and embeddings.
  • Proven experience in designing and deploying Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
  • Experience integrating LLM APIs from leading providers.
