Brand Builder Role

The primary objective of this position is to support brand development efforts across various solution-areas under a portfolio of products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project management of task items basis strategic objectives for the solution area(s)
  • Market Understanding: Understand customer triggers & barriers, competitive landscape, and market trends
  • New Products Development (NPD): Assist in communication development across touchpoints like product display pages, D2C store, CRM touchpoints, and marketplaces
  • Communication Development: Manage consumer touchpoints - social media, performance marketing, influencer collaborations, brand campaign, and more
  • Data Analytics: Drive measurement & learnings for various marketing initiatives
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with POCs across marketing team, cross-functional teams, and external partners/agencies/vendors
  • Offline Understanding: Conduct market visits to track offline business health metrics like Distribution across different store formats, ECO/Unique ECO, Primary & Secondary Revenue, Visibility, and Planogramming
  • Other activities required to support portfolio management, sales support, customer service, etc. to drive product/therapy success

We are looking for a highly motivated and self-driven individual with:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, business administration, or related field
  • Experience in Brand Management, Consumer Marketing, E-commerce, or digital marketing
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Passion for building a consumer brand
