Background Verification Professional

We are seeking a skilled Background Verification Specialist to join our team in Hyderabad.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage candidate onboarding documentation, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and filed correctly.
  • Coordinate with background check agencies to expedite the verification process, working closely with HireRight, FADV, LabCorp, and other partners.
  • Utilize VMS/Beeline tools to streamline tasks and improve efficiency.
  • Set up new client accounts and complete onboarding activities, providing excellent customer service throughout the process.
  • Follow up with candidates and agencies to ensure timely completion of background checks.
  • Attend client calls to discuss audit requirements and background check processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in any field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR Operations, Onboarding, or Background Verification.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and candidates.
  • Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills to ensure accuracy and timeliness in background checks.
Benefits:
  • This is an on-site role, requiring the candidate to be physically present in the office in Hyderabad.
  • The ideal candidate should be available to work a night shift from 6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST.
