We are seeking a strategic HR professional to support our day-to-day operations. The role involves handling employee documentation, preparing offer letters, supporting the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit, payroll coordination, employee relations, and other general HR activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare critical HR documents including offer letters and appointment letters.
  • Manage new hire onboarding processes ensuring a seamless transition for employees.
  • Coordinate employee lifecycle activities such as confirmations, transfers, and exits.
  • Support payroll processing by coordinating attendance, leave, and salary inputs.
  • Update and maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist with employee offboarding including exit interviews and final settlement.
  • Provide employee relations support addressing concerns in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR operations preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setup.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and payroll processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software systems.
