Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Project Manager to lead our team in delivering high-end interior design and architectural projects.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional coordination skills to ensure project success. They will be responsible for managing multiple sites, maintaining high-quality standards, and ensuring timely delivery while upholding the design intent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and progress for multiple high-end interior or architectural projects.
  • Lead site supervision efforts to ensure adherence to design and technical specifications.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring transparent communication and timely updates.
  • Conduct regular review meetings with clients, designers, and vendors to align expectations.

Team & Stakeholder Management

Our team is looking for a leader who can effectively manage internal project teams, site supervisors, contractors, vendors, and consultants.

  • Lead and manage internal project teams.
  • Ensure seamless coordination across procurement, design, and execution teams.

Quality & Risk Management

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for implementing quality assurance procedures and enforcing compliance with safety standards.

  • Implement quality assurance procedures.
  • Proactively identify risks or roadblocks and resolve issues without compromising project goals.

Reporting & Documentation

Our ideal candidate will maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, schedules, change requests, and cost tracking.

Qualifications & Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in interior design or architectural execution.
  • Proven experience handling luxury residential or commercial projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of materials, construction methods, and interior finishing details.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, Microsoft Office, and basic AutoCAD/SketchUp understanding.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple teams and projects under tight deadlines.
