  • Main Responsibilities:
  • - Lead BABS my duties
  •  – Basic fresh service service now SNAP development skills rest API experience incident support team UATesting participating in discussions with engineers designing functional design documents such as tech SOW document management announcement solution articles for SNAP product processes communications resolving product process issues help identify solutions problems handle all onboarding offboarding issues resolution provide feedback fields process improvements user account managements resolutions help champion fresh service process management set up calls demo approvals go live etc calls engineer helping team track freshservice tickets weekly updates poc all hr development support
  • Business System Engineer Analyst:
  • – Mid-level engineer skill set cannot train will learn NEXLA middleware having fresh service would plus must know API methods configure HTML webhooks parsing files UATesting UIUX product developments collaborating effectively itsm administrators develop solutions general updates configurations changes requests collaborating system administration key stakeholder teams analyze understand requirements transforming requirements valid solution working closely business it teams gather input support ongoing business needs configuration implementation support participating discussions business analysts designing fdd functional design documents
  • High-Level Engineer:
