Customer Service Champion Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Champion.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills. You will be handling calls, chats, and emails, so flexibility is key. Proficiency in English and Hindi is a must.

Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Delivering top-notch support by ensuring every customer query is met with a quality response
  • Being a customer advocate by tuning in to what customers really need and guiding them through using specific features
  • Diving into problem-solving by analyzing and reporting product issues
  • Keeping our knowledge base sharp by regularly updating internal systems with insights from technical issues and valuable customer conversations

Responsibilities
