Senior Voice Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled voice engineer to fill a critical role in our organization.

  • Provide advanced level support and troubleshooting on Cisco UCCE / UCCX / PCCE solutions.
  • Create and manage MACD in Cisco UCCE and IPT platforms.
  • Have a clear understanding of VOIP protocols like SIP, H.323, and MGCP, as well as ITIL process.
  • Understand Cisco Voice network deployment models and voice network devices.
  • Knowledge and use of VOIP and Performance Management Tools and integration experience with other Tools.
  • Understand Telecom infrastructure protocols like ISDN and analogy signalling.
  • Work in a 24/7 business support environment.
  • Experience on Cisco Voice platform and CUCM/UCCE/UCCH/CVP platforms.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Coordinate with Third Party Providers and OEMs for incident resolution.
  • Maintain and Update Knowledge Base and documentation.

This role will also be responsible for providing team support, process improvements, and maintaining excellent communication and conversation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and troubleshoot Cisco ICM/CCMP/CVP/CUIC platforms.
  • Create and manage call scripts in Cisco UCCE and IPT platforms.
  • Have a clear understanding of Unified Communication protocols like SIP, H.323, and MGCP, as well as ITIL process.
  • Understand Cisco Voice network architecture and voice network devices.
  • Knowledge and use of Voice over IP and Performance Management Tools and integration experience with other Tools.
  • Understand Telecommunications infrastructure protocols like ISDN and digital signalling.
  • Work in a dynamic business support environment.
  • Experience on Cisco Voice platform and Unified Communications Manager/Cisco Unified Customer Voice Portal platforms.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Collaborate with Third Party Suppliers and Original Equipment Manufacturers for problem resolution.
  • Update and Maintain Knowledge Base and documentation.

This position requires a high degree of analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
