Job Title: Voice Support Representative

  • Red-Alert Engagement: Proactively contact at-risk learners to diagnose challenges and provide timely solutions.
  • Problem Resolution: Address learner issues related to billing, platform access, and general inquiries efficiently.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain accurate call logs and learner status in the CRM system.
