We are seeking a skilled Design Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating visually rich brochures and other creative marketing materials. Your role involves brainstorming, coming up with innovative design concepts and executing them with high-quality standards.

Our ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in graphic designing, preferably with clients in the science sector. Advanced skills in Adobe Design Suite (Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop) are essential. Prior experience in creating designs in PowerPoint and/or 3D graphics is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Create and lead the design of brochures and visual documents based on client briefs.">
  • Propose design direction through moodboards and visual references.">
  • Collaborate on brochures, infographics, cover designs and other visual formats as needed.">
  • Review and ensure high-quality collateral from freelance designers.">
  • Deliver collateral on time and meet client brief requirements.">
  • Coordinate with freelance designers for smooth workflow and process.">
  • Collaborate with the scientific content team for high-quality graphics and brainstorm new ideas.">

  • Identify root causes and flag errors to ensure quality benchmarks are met.">

Qualifications and Prerequisites:
