Job Title: Senior Graphic DesignerAt our company, we're seeking a talented Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing visual elements and experiences that drive business results.Key Responsibilities:• Develop logos, visual languages, typography stacks, color systems, iconography, and brand guidelines.• Craft multi-channel campaign assets (social, OOH, print, digital banners, email headers) with sharp visual hierarchy and on-brand storytelling.• Create packaging concepts, dielines, label systems, POSM/merch, and shelf-presence mockups; prep production-ready files.• Build client-ready pitch decks and case studies that look as good as they read.• Plan and oversee shoots (photo/video), moodboards, styling cues, and reference decks; collaborate with photographers/retouchers.• Ensure color accuracy, print specs, bleed, overprint, and imposition are on point; coordinate with vendors for proofing.Required Skills and Qualifications:• 3–4 years in an agency or fast-paced in-house team with a portfolio spanning brand, campaign, packaging, print, and social (web work showcased too).• Strong command of Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop; InDesign for long-form/print) and Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping basics).• Proven experience preparing print-ready files: color management, bleeds, dielines, emboss/foil/spot UV specs.• Solid grasp of typography, layout, composition, and color theory—the classics.• Working knowledge of web basics (responsive principles, asset optimization, HTML/CSS constraints).• Clear communication and client-facing presentation skills.Benefits:• Opportunity to work with a talented team of designers and developers.• Collaborative and dynamic work environment.• Professional development opportunities.• Competitive compensation and benefits package.Others:• Please submit your resume and portfolio for consideration.
