About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, a passion for visual storytelling, and the ability to bring ideas to life across digital and print platforms. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn, grow, and contribute fresh ideas in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in creating engaging designs for social media, websites, email campaigns, advertisements, and print materials.
- Support senior designers and marketing teams in executing brand campaigns and creative projects.
- Ensure consistency of brand guidelines across all visual outputs.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts and design solutions.
- Edit and retouch images, graphics, and layouts as required.
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
- Prepare design files for production and delivery.

Requirements

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus)
- Basic understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Portfolio showcasing design work (academic, freelance, or professional projects).

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

- Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX design.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, or CorelDRAW.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media creatives.
