Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards, taxation laws, financial modeling, and valuation principles is essential.

Proven track records in client servicing and team management are also necessary. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-finance stakeholders are vital. Lastly, an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments are highly desirable.
