Identity Access Management Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Identity Access Management (IAM) specialist to join our team. The IAM team provides services for Nokia's workforce and business-to-business domains, maintaining over a dozen IAM-related services in legacy on-premises and modern cloud landscapes.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with LDAP directory services, RADIUS authentication protocols, and application integration types ranging from flat files to REST API. They should also have a strong understanding of networking, firewalls, PKI, and TLS.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the success of our organization. As an IAM specialist, you will be responsible for solving incidents and service requests, troubleshooting technical problems with IAM services, and supporting integrations for customer applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Solve incidents and service requests
  • Solve technical problems with IAM services
  • Directly support integrations for customer applications
  • Perform recurrent maintenance tasks within services
  • Monitor the current environment and take proactive actions to maintain the services
  • Participate in service upgrade and enhancement projects
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field with 3+ years of hands-on LDAP support experience
  • Strong understanding of LDAP v3 directory services
  • Experience with RADIUS as well as modern authentication protocols
  • Experience supporting application integration types ranging from flat files to REST API
  • Understanding of networking, firewalls, PKI, and TLS
Desirable Skills
  • Experience working with ForgeRock Directory Services, FreeRADIUS, Microsoft Entra ID
  • ITIL foundation certificate
  • SQL experience
  • Experience with scripting (PowerShell, JavaScript, Python, etc.)
  • Knowledge on cloud services, such as GCP and Azure
