Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented IT asset management professional to lead the governance of IT assets, ensuring compliance with licensing agreements, and implementing IT governance frameworks in line with organizational policies and global standards. This strategic role will oversee hardware and software asset management, ensure accurate inventories for hardware and software using IT asset management tools, and define and enforce asset tracking standards and policies.

  • Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets (procurement to retirement).
  • Maintain accurate inventories for hardware and software using IT asset management tools.
  • Define and enforce asset tracking standards and policies.
  • Optimize asset usage and reduce costs through efficient deployment and redeployment strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IT asset lifecycle management, licensing models, audit processes, and regulatory compliance, along with proven experience in risk management, policy enforcement, and IT governance.

  • Strong analytical and audit skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Policy writing and enforcement.
  • Risk identification and mitigation.
  • Attention to detail with process-driven mindset.
  • 8-12 years of experience in IT asset management, software compliance, and IT GRC.
  • Strong understanding of global compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, GDPR, etc.).
  • Expertise in tools such as ManageEngine, Flexera, Lansweeper, or SCCM.
  • Demonstrated experience in licensing audits and compliance management.
