Renewal Cycle Management Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Renewals Specialist to join our team.
This role involves processing customer renewals for software subscription products, migrating customers to our ordering platform, and ensuring high customer satisfaction during the renewal cycle.
The successful candidate will be responsible for executing all phases of the subscription renewal lifecycle, notifying customers of renewal, building quotes, and closing renewal opportunities for accounts.
- Execute all phases of subscription renewal lifecycle including notifying customers of renewal, building quotes, and closing renewal opportunities for accounts.
- Notify and assist customers with migrating to our ordering platform at the time of renewal.
- Identify and execute upsell opportunities within your customer base.
- Evaluate and ensure invoice accuracy, working closely with our Finance team to collect payments.
- Analyze data and trends to identify growth opportunities and implement improvements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly detail-oriented with ability to handle large volumes of accounts, tasks, and responsibilities.
- Strong customer service, listening, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Experience with SaaS-based applications and preferably Salesforce.com.
- Self-starter with high energy, positive attitude, and customer-focused mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
