Job Description

We are seeking a Dayforce Workforce Management (WFM) expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency by leveraging Dayforce to optimize staffing and scheduling strategies.

The successful candidate will have strong expertise in volume forecasting, advanced scheduling, and workload planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead volume forecasting using Dayforce to predict staffing needs based on historical and real-time data.
  • Configure and optimize advanced scheduling tools to align workforce supply with business demand.
  • Design and implement workload planning strategies to improve labor allocation across teams and locations.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze gaps, and deliver scalable WFM solutions.
  • Provide support for testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
  • Train end-users on best practices and ongoing usage of forecasting and scheduling tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven hands-on experience in Dayforce Workforce Management with focus on forecasting, scheduling, and workload planning is essential.

Strong understanding of workforce optimization in retail, healthcare, or service-based industries is required.

Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable staffing plans is crucial.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are necessary.

Prior experience in Dayforce WFM implementations or managed services is highly preferred.
