The PER (Patient Engagement and Recruitment) team is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to engage patients and recruit participants for clinical trials. As a key member of this team, you will assist with the implementation of engagement and recruitment plans, providing ongoing support to business operations and financial management. You will also collaborate with the PER team to ensure the accuracy and functionality of content on Study Connect, a critical tool for our business.

About the Role

This role requires a detail-oriented individual with effective communication and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with the Associate Director, Patient Engagement and Recruitment, to support the overall business operations and value-added efforts of the PER Team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the implementation of engagement and recruitment plans under the direction of the Associate Director, Patient Engagement and Recruitment.
  • Providing ongoing support to business operations and financial management, focusing on performance metrics, fund management, and vendor tracking.
  • Collaborating with the PER team to ensure the accuracy and functionality of content on Study Connect.
  • Serving as a liaison between the PER team and its stakeholders, maintaining an ongoing awareness of current state activities in support of our business.
  • Maintaining tracking of key workflow processes and ensuring the accuracy and functionality of content on Study Connect.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as life sciences or business.
  • A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in clinical trial coordination or a related field.
  • Knowledge of ICH GCP and regulatory guidelines directives.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to follow direction and work within a dynamic and ever-changing matrix team.
