Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Employee Engagement Specialist to join our HR team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving employee satisfaction, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring seamless HR operations.

About the Role:

The Employee Engagement Specialist will be responsible for handling end-to-end employee engagement activities, induction programs, offboarding processes, and regular HR operations.

Responsibilities:

Employee Engagement:

- Develop and implement innovative engagement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and workplace culture.
- Organize team-building activities, events, and campaigns to drive morale and collaboration.
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
- Onboarding & Induction:
- Conduct structured induction programs for new hires to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Ensure new employees integrate seamlessly into the organization.

Offboarding:

- Manage exit interviews and ensure smooth transitions during employee departures.
- Gather feedback from exiting employees to identify improvement opportunities.
- Oversee full and final settlements and ensure compliance with exit policies.

Core HR Operations:

- Maintain and update employee records and HR systems.
- Support compliance and adherence to HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with different teams to address HR-related requirements.

Employee Communication:

- Facilitate open and transparent communication between management and employees.
- Regularly share updates, organizational changes, and initiatives to keep employees informed.

Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Required Skills:

Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Experience: 4+ years in employee engagement and core HR operations.
