Job Title: .Net Application Support Manager

\

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of .Net Application Support Manager.

\

The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving technical issues and providing timely support and assistance to client-facing employees and clients.

\

Key responsibilities include thorough knowledge of incident management processes, strong communication skills to provide timely status updates on issue resolution, and monitoring all alerts related to applications and providing proactive services.

\

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience in .Net Core, strong C# and SQL DB skills, and excellent problem-solving skills.

\

Additionally, the candidate should have sound knowledge of Excel and data processing/analysis using excel, as well as excellent written and oral communication skills.

\

Desirable qualifications include knowledge of Angular and experience in the Capital Market domain.

\

Responsibilities include documenting troubleshooting guides and FAQs, recommending ways to optimize business performance by presenting solutions to existing challenges, and coordinating with design and development teams to resolve complex application and system issues.

  • Work Timings: Full Overlap with US East coast (8 AM to 4 PM EST) i.e. 5:30 PM to 1:30 AM IST\
