Teaching Position at Allen Digital

We are seeking an experienced instructor to join our team and deliver academic content on camera in a student-friendly manner.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver lectures using voice modulation, expression, and storytelling techniques to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Collaborate with subject experts and content directors to ensure smooth content delivery.
  • Participate in rehearsals, feedback sessions, and retakes to perfect the on-screen presentation output.
  • Adapt to different content delivery formats, including smart boards, animation-voiceovers, green screen (VFX), and outdoor location shoots.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable institution.
  • 2-5 years of teaching, public speaking, or educational content creation experience.
  • Relevant experience in CBSE 10th board curriculum is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication and camera presence are essential.
  • Experience in voiceover, video recording, or online education, especially with modern teaching tools like digital boards and interactive simulations, is highly valued.
  • Candidates with an English-medium background at Class X, Class XII, and Degree levels will be given preference.
  • A solid understanding of AI tools and platforms for content creation, with the ability to use them for improving productivity and content creativity, is required.
