Job Title: Fitness Instructor

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Fitness Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness and be able to motivate and educate clients on proper exercise techniques.

  • Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead group fitness classes, focusing on aerobic exercises, strength training, and flexibility.
  • Design and implement customized workout plans tailored to individual client needs and goals.
  • Assess clients' physical condition and create safe and effective exercise programs.
  • Provide instruction and guidance on proper use of gym equipment and ensure clients follow safety protocols.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong commitment to fitness and overall well-being.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Hold a valid certification in personal training or group fitness instruction from a reputable organization.
  • Have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience working as a Fitness Instructor or related field.
  • Be certified in CPR/AED and first aid.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience teaching specialized classes, such as yoga, Pilates, or spinning.
  • Ability to speak multiple languages.
  • Certification in nutrition or wellness coaching.
