Job Summary

The primary role of this position is to oversee the day-to-day activities for the Identity & Access Management Data Services function by ensuring native user data is aggregated to Onecert and processes/procedures are followed without any deviations and as per documented process.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing monitoring activities to ensure data quality and monthly metrics are achieved. This includes conducting regular reviews and exercises related to application security for compliance with current procedures/processes and implementing enhancements to address non-compliance and security requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure user data is refreshed to Onecert periodically, enabling effective IAM controls such as Leaver/Mover, User Access Review etc.
  • Extract, source, convert, and upload user lists to Onecert in a timely manner.
  • Conduct thorough adherence to established processes to generate reports and follow defined escalation processes to source user lists.
  • Fulfill requests from business/stakeholders to source user lists and SAM documents.
  • Implement Onecert catalogue changes based on Security Access Matrix request changes.
  • Collaborate with external teams to source user lists and work with support to understand application limitations and opportunities for improvement.
  • Highlight and mitigate risks pertaining to IAM processes and The Bank.
  • Support IAM leaders in maintaining and enhancing IAM processes.
Regulatory & Business Conduct
  • Display exemplary conduct and adhere to the Group's Values and Code of Conduct.
  • Take personal responsibility for embedding high standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank.
  • Effectively identify, escalate, mitigate, and resolve risk, conduct, and compliance matters.
  • Lead the IAM Data Services team to achieve outcomes set out in the Bank's Conduct Principles: Fair Outcomes for Clients; Effective Financial Markets; Financial Crime Compliance; The Right Environment.
Qualifications & Training
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Proficiency in Excel VBA and Macros.
  • Fluency in English language.

This role requires excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. You should have a strong understanding of IAM principles, policies, and procedures, as well as experience working with data services and security technologies.
