Identity Management Specialist Position

We are seeking an experienced Identity Management Specialist to fill a key role in our organization.

  • Provide operational support for IAM systems, focusing on identity lifecycle management, access control, and governance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IAM environments, ensuring optimal performance and availability.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience with ServiceNow is a plus.

Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 5-6 years of experience working with IAM systems, including configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of identity management concepts, including user provisioning, RBAC, SSO, and governance.
  • Experience with LDAP, Active Directory, and other directory services.
  • Knowledge of web services (SOAP, REST) and experience with integration protocols.
  • Familiarity with security best practices and tools in identity management.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage identity lifecycle operations, including provisioning, de-provisioning, access control, and identity governance.
  2. Conduct regular health checks and monitoring of IAM systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.
  3. Support integration with various systems and applications, ensuring secure and efficient flow of identity and access data.
  4. Assist with upgrades, patches, and deployments to ensure systems are up to date.
  5. Work closely with development and security teams to identify and implement improvements to the IAM systems.
