Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Process Excellence Professional to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual with expertise in process optimization, stakeholder collaboration, and business growth.

The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end business operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery while driving efficiency, innovation, and waste elimination. Key responsibilities include:

  • Business Transformation: Design and implement an operational excellence framework best suited for the e-commerce domain, formulate and manage detailed KPI tables, identify improvement initiatives, drive automation for efficiency improvement, engage employees in operational excellence initiatives, and ensure adherence to service levels.
  • Service Delivery: Provide support to process owners, including people management, performance tracking, financial analysis, and headcount management.

This role involves leading multiple projects across different lines of business, fostering a collaborative culture, and driving accountability. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in project/program management, extensive understanding of mistake proofing and automation tools, Lean Six Sigma certification, and experience in the E-commerce/Internet industry.
