Quality Assurance Associate Job Description

This role is crucial in ensuring the quality standards and accuracy of processed documents, as well as compliance with predefined checklists.

As a Quality Assurance Associate, you will play a vital part in reviewing legal documentation including court orders, retainer agreements, affidavits, and bankruptcy filings which are essential for delivering services.

You will work closely with BK Coordinators from different businesses to execute daily responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure quality compliances and processing accuracy for daily operations.
  • Independently audit population/sample proportion of processed tickets basis predefined checklist for tickets assigned via email, Salesforce, Jit Bit, RAGIC, and other data sources.
  • Ensure random audits at least twice or thrice per month to check documentation around BK Claimants.
  • Perform random sample checks on communication sent/received to/from Trustees.
  • Accurately review and interpret legal documents especially court motions/orders, affidavits, PACER reports, and legal heirship documents.
  • Build up a quick learning curve to ensure an in-depth understanding of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials.
  • Create weekly/monthly reports for audits performed on set frequency and report out to supervisor and business with requisite analytics & inferences.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field preferably in Law/ BBA or commerce.
  • 2 - 4 Years of experience in a US-based multinational corporation.
  • Project management experience or certifications are highly desirable.
  • ISO 9001 onwards any such certification is preferable.
