Seeking a seasoned engineer to maintain our distributed systems and ensure high uptime.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain strict service level objectives (SLOs) across our infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot complex application and network issues, including DNS resolution and latency optimization.
  • Monitor system performance using Kibana, Grafana, Instana, and Dynatrace for proactive incident detection.
  • Automate infrastructure management with Python, Bash, Terraform, and Ansible.
  • Manage container orchestration on AWS EKS and Red Hat OpenShift for high availability and scalability.
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams to embed reliability best practices and improve system observability.
  • Participate in on-call rotations, incident response, and post-incident analysis.
  • Document runbooks and knowledge share with junior engineers on SRE fundamentals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in SRE or DevOps roles supporting high-scale platforms.
  • Expertise in uptime and troubleshooting distributed systems.

  • Experience with monitoring/APM tools and container orchestration.
  • CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and infrastructure automation expertise.
  • Preferred: Relevant certifications and prior experience with highly available platforms.
