Job Title: Performance Marketing And AI Growth Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Performance Marketing and AI Growth professional to spearhead our growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will develop and execute performance marketing strategies, leverage AI tools to drive growth, and analyze performance data to optimize campaigns.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across multiple channels
  • Utilize AI tools to drive growth, improve customer engagement, and enhance overall business outcomes
  • Analyze performance data to identify areas of improvement and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in D2C/FMCG performance marketing
  • Expert-level proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and marketplace advertising
  • Advanced knowledge of AI tools, including ChatGPT, Heygen, Suno AI, and Midjourney
  • Strong growth hacking mentality and startup hustle
  • Experience in the pet care or nutrition industry is a plus
