Job Title

An experienced Data Visualization Expert is required to lead the development and implementation of business intelligence and analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage Power BI skills to create and manage BI and analytics solutions, driving technology adoption and best practices.
  • Collaborate with solution architects to design visualization architecture patterns, aligning with functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Define and implement DevOps roadmaps to enable agile ways of working, CI/CD pipelines, and automation for self-serve governance of Power BI platforms.
  • Evaluate and ensure adherence to security and compliance policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Develop and maintain architecture standards, patterns, and platform solutions in line with information security and compliance policies.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of IT experience in data and analytics, visualization, with strong exposure to Power BI solution delivery and platform automation.
  • In-depth understanding of database management systems, ETL, OLAP, and data lake technologies.
  • Expertise in Power BI, knowledge of other visualization technologies beneficial.
  • Pharma domain specialization or end-to-end enterprise value chain experience a plus.
  • Demonstrated communication, time management, and technical expertise aligned with industry values and behaviors.
  • Experience managing vendor expectations, driving techno-functional discussions, and understanding financial processes.
