Business Development Officer Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Officer to join our team at Ashu Career Aim. As a Business Development Officer, you will play a key role in identifying business growth opportunities and developing strategies to increase company sales.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development, with excellent negotiation and decision-making skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Growth Strategy: Identify business growth opportunities and develop strategies to increase company sales.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Customer Relationships: Develop and sustain solid relationships with company stakeholders and customers.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data and develop effective strategies to reduce business costs and increase company profits.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and guide business development staff.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business management or administration, finance, accounting, marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience working as a business development officer or similar role.
  • Skill: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and management skills, as well as exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills.

Location: Model Town, Part-2, Delhi

Salary: 20k to 30k P/M
