Job Opportunity: Identity Governance and Administration

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage application integrations by collaborating with application owners to understand system requirements.
  • Assess information for the entire identity access management process within applications.
  • Coordinate, test, and validate custom development required by app teams for integration.
  • Partner with internal engineers to design integrations according to governance best practices and application needs.
  • Maintain accurate statuses for onboarded applications.
  • Work effectively with multiple app teams simultaneously.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 7-9 years of experience in IGA development teams as an engineer or analyst.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of identity mapping and configured source and target applications for attributes.
  • Experience in developing custom workflows for lifecycle management provisioning.
  • Proficiency in administering, implementing, and supporting SailPoint-based identity and access management solutions.
  • Experience with role-based access control analysis and implementation.
  • Certification campaigns and remediation processes expertise.
  • Development of forms, identity triggers, quick links, rules, and email templates.
  • Creation of custom reports for specific and general purposes.
  • Development of rules such as build map, correlation, identity creation, default password assignment.
  • Lifecycle management, including joiner event, leaver event, and manager transfer event.
  • Onboarding various applications into the identity governance system, including JDBC, delimited file, logical, active directory, and LDAP applications.
  • Sailpoint IdentityNow certification.
