About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled SailPoint Identity Governance specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in designing and deploying SailPoint solutions across enterprise environments, ensuring robust identity governance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions, including workflows, provisioning, and access certifications.
  • Develop and configure SailPoint connectors for various target systems (AD, LDAP, databases, SaaS apps).
  • Customize SailPoint components using BeanShell, Java, XML, and workflows.
  • Integrate SailPoint with ITSM tools, SIEM platforms, and cloud environments.
  • Conduct role mining, access reviews, and policy enforcement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define IAM requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of SailPoint modules.
  • Maintain documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and change logs.

Requirements:

  • 3 - 9 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ implementation and development.
  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts, RBAC, access certification, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in Java, BeanShell scripting, and XML.
  • Experience with directory services (Active Directory, LDAP), databases, and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Familiarity with cloud IAM (AWS, Azure) and SailPoint SaaS (IdentityNow) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes, ticketing systems, and DevOps
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer preferred.
  • Addional certifications in IAM, Security, or Cloud Platforms are a plus.
