Founding Office Internship Opportunity

We are on the cusp of a significant rebrand and website relaunch, and we require an ambitious intern to work closely with our leadership team. This is a pivotal moment in our journey, and we seek someone who is passionate about building something from scratch.

This high-ownership role demands a self-motivated individual with a strong bias for action. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, able to execute multiple tasks efficiently, and have a keen eye for detail.

  1. Initiative Planning: Collaborate with the leadership to brainstorm, plan, and execute cross-vertical initiatives from concept to execution.
  2. Financial Analysis: Assist with profit-and-loss statement creation and focus on key performance indicators that drive profitability.
  3. Performance Tracking: Monitor business metrics and prepare performance reports for review.
  4. Market Research: Conduct research on the direct-to-consumer fashion market and trends.
  5. Campaign Management: Support performance marketing campaigns, hiring processes, and operational improvements.
  6. Ad-hoc Projects: Take ownership of high-impact projects as needed.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A proactive attitude, comfortable wearing multiple hats.
  • A background in fashion (not required).
  • Pursuing graduation from top-tier universities.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, proficiency in Excel/Sheets.
